Why this exists

The questions began long before the books.

I loved physics as a boy, especially stories about the birth of stars and planets. As I grew older, small gaps in the logic of familiar explanations stayed with me and kept asking for a way out.

The same measurements. Different possible explanations.

The trilogy does not ask the reader to reject established measurements. It asks whether the same measurements can support a different physical explanation.

Cosmology, propagation and expansion

Between the Beats explores cosmology, the propagation of light and the apparent expansion of the universe. It asks whether the observed effects might be explained in another way while preserving the measurements on which current models are based.

Background, authorship and limits

Engineering background

Ned Fielder is the pen name of Nenad Poljak, an electrical engineer educated at the University of Belgrade in telecommunications, with a particular interest in signal processing. That background shaped the insistence on separating source, propagation, receiver and interpretation.

An open argument, not a finished theory

Engineering training, fiction and AI assistance are not substitutes for specialist peer review. The portal makes the questions public so that the reasoning, evidence and remaining gaps can be examined.
